I hope that youre eating just as much off-cycle as you are on and vice-versa. If so, you should have very few issues with appetite as you should be well used to eating correctly, imo.

my test only cycle i was ALWAYS hungry, my test and deca cycle i had to choke down the food, the deca KILLED my appetite, i dont think i'll ever run it again for that and various other reasons

my appetite has always been good but at the moment its awesome,the cycle im doing is as follows
week 1-6 dbol 50mg a day
week 6-10 nap 50s 1x50mg a day
week 1-12 testoblend 600mg a week
week 1-12 triobol 400mg a week
week 10-12 decca 600/800mg a week
after reading your public profile BIGMAX i thought i would run my cycle by you to get your opinion as you state you have done many cycles,im always keen to get some good advice

its a very similar cycle to what ive used before with great results,as for the dbol and the nap 50s (oxybolon) i was not aware they were that similar,i use the decca just at the end of the napp 50s cycle it seems to do me a lot of good
Out of intrest where would you run the decca and why ?

I would run the deca for 10 weeks at around 300 mg the rule is to run the deca 2 weeks shorter then the test. Deca takes longer to kick in 2 weeks is not long enough bro

10 weeks of orals? Id run the decca at 500 for 10 weeks. run the test for 2 weeks longer than that

I find that my appetite goes up when on. Prolly partly due to increased demand for fuel and partly physchological I s'pect.

my appetite seems to fluxuate but I can never seem to eat enough. Maybe I'm just being hard on myself but I always feel like I am not eating enough even though I eat 5-7 meals a day and 2 shakes... all mostly clean with 1-2 cheat meals a week and they aren't all that bad...

Try "drinking" some food down after you're done eating. Sounds gross, but if you go for tuna in water you can just chew it a few times, then use a mouthful of water to get it down. For carbs I use finely milled oats or oatmeal and just whack the required amount into a glass of water, stir like fvck and smash it down.
Sounds a bit extreme, but it helped me take it to the next level.

On the topic of this post... my app the last few days is plummiting as well. I dont feel like im getting sick or anything but just sit there and stare at my food....I gotta just force it down cause I know I have too, but my app is going down the drain. Ive heard of deca killing the app, is this true of all 19-nors? Im a couple weeks into tren stack. Could this be it? B-12 maybe?

Deca and tren together must kill your sex drive. When I am on deca my stomach hurts I am so hungry.
What I would do is the following because I do not think it is necesary to do deca and tren together and from my experience is bad to use together..
I would do a deca,test,dbol stack followed by PCT then switch to a lighter test such a prop or sus with some tren and win tab.
