Does anyone know if the pain Olympics video is real? Where the guy cuts off his penis and then chops off his balls? It looks sort of fake, I just thought the pain would be so excruciating that you'd either pass out or stop half way through because your brain would send a signal to you to stop being fuxin crazy and freaking stop.
