    5 grms L-Gltamine
    5 grms German Creatine.

    Mixed with 10 0z of water,

    My favourite before bed - 1sc of chocolate whey and 2sc of chocolate casein protein, 1 sp of peanut butter and 1 banana into milk...

    i've never enjoyed my protein shakes without milk, water always ruins it for me.

    depends if your bulking or not.
