Okay guys over here I am very limited to what my pwo Nutrition. I normally have a syntha 6 shake and that's all... what else could I eat to help spike my insulin... Like maybe and english muffin with 2 table spoons of PB or perhaps a bowl of cheerios - the milk... cant get oats or anything like that so if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I also go to bed about 20 min after my workout
