ok!!! im gonna try to go all natural in the sense of supplements as best as i can (simple carbs, complex carbs, cassein protein, whey, etc...)
can you help clarify some things?
ok so i know the simple carbs (rice cakes, white bread, gatorade, sports drinks, etc...)
complex being (wheat bread, pasta, oatmeal, etc...)
protein being (eggs, lean fish chicken beef, etc...)
fats being (cheese, P.B., flax, coconut oil, olive oil, etc...)
if i want fast digesting protein, would i eat it with simple carbs? and if i want it to be slow digesting, would i eat it with complex carbs? or with fats?
i know whey is automatically digested fast and i know cassein is automatically digested slow, but i want it to be natural from my foods, not in powders
so if you guys can help me out a bit, i would greatly appreciate it!!
