Id agree with what mx3 said. Either bulk, or cut. You could try a 'lean bulk cycle' and just use test, tren and the winny, and get your diet in order to fit.
Or do two cycles, test for first one, do a pct, then test n tren....
18 weeks is very long and going to be hard to recover, so all the hard work will be worthless as the gains will likely fade.
