However, once discontinuing the use of HGH, levels usually return back to normal.
I also know there have been professional bodybuilders in the past who have turned diabetic. However, we all know pro bodybuilders use all kind of componds such as HGH, insulin, IGF and AAS which all effect blood glucose. So which compound is to blame? Perhaps these users turned diabetic for a totally different reason outside drug use? Like I said, it's a tough topic to discuss, but as mentioned above, I know many guys who have used HGH for years without breaks and have never had any blood glucose problems. As a matter of fact, I "personally" don't know anybody who has had "major/permenant "blood glucose problems due to HGH use, and I know quite a few HGH users.
Another thing we must take into account is the user. If the user has a diabetic history, then obviously they would be taking more of a risk than an average perfectly healthy Dick and Harry.
So my overall conclusion is this: Going by what I have said above, IMO it would be fairly safe to say that there is a small chance that HGH use can cause serious blood glucose problems. However, it also depends on the user but it would be difficult to get an exact answer without a study.
