no- depending on how much dbol/ test you are taking will be the reccomended dose of arimidex for you to take, not a half mg. if you are running 50 mgs of dbol a day with test on top of it, 1 mg of arimidex may not be enough for you. start out with 1 mg a day and see how you will like it.

gyno shouldn't appear if you are taking the right amount of adex. keep in mind that everyone is different so get your dose of arimidex set.

I disagree.Yes adex blocks conversion of test into testosterone,but some estrogen is necessary for AAS to reach their full effectiveness.So while you do not want excessive estrogen build up,you do want some to help keep those aas working to their best abilities.

So by just thinking that if you take enough Adex,you will be fine,you are actually being counterproductive to your progress.
