    Total test - 398, Free test - 92, Free and Weakly bound - 181. Age 40

    Doc diagnosed andropause. The whole goal was to just raise test levels without shutting down natty production.

    I am not about to contradict your doctor, you know him better than I do, but hcg will desensitize you over time. It will do what he wants short term, but replacement is the only long term solution.

    What is his long range plan?
