nope never has for me either..as for your what kind of gains you will get is all dependant on diet..if you eat a lot, you will get good gains..if you eat like crap, youre gains will suck

Thank you soo much for all advise. I guess my only worrie is when the first shoot happens, will the Test E make my heart pound and give shakes throught out the cycle or even when it's fresh in.

I know I sound like a broken record, but that's sort of why i'm trying to get everyones thoughts so that my first experiance will be plesant and not bad.
