    My Workout?.

    Ok i Just wanted you guys to critique my workout and help me fix it .
    For all excercises i do 3 sets of 6 .

    on mon

    Chest
    Shoulders
    Biceps

    on tuesday

    Legs
    Back
    Triceps
    ABS

    wed

    day off


    Thurs,Fri

    Repeat mon + tues workout.

    bro thats a terrible split. Legs and Back in 1 workout come on now??> How bout:
    chest bis
    legs
    shoulders tris
    back

    there are a lot of options but what ya got is terrible.

    so can you give me a good split for mass , and whats the best set and reps for mass ? why is it bad to do back and legs on the same day
