I have personally ran test as low as 200mg/week, and over 1g/week. For me the sweet spot is around 600mg/week, beyond that I get diminishing returns and increased sides.

whats the most deca i should run then if i run 600ml test-c
I agree with both of these. The most I have ever run was a gram/wk but didn't see any benifit to it at all. My blood pressure went through the roof and I got headaches almost everyday around noon. Stick to the 500 - 750 range and this will provide the best benifits with the least amount of sides. More is not always better
of course, it's all weight dependant too... Someone like Jay Cutler (don't care if you like him or think he shouldn't have won, just using him as an example because of his size...) wouldn't benifit from 500 or even 750mg/wk. The whole mg/kg ratio is just too low, and plus he's probably done more cycles than anyone on this board...just a guess, don't get mad if you've done 100 of them lol. Anyway, someone like him could benifit from 1g to 1.5g+ cycles of Test/deca/EQ/Primo...etc. You get my point

so if i run 600ml of test-c then i should run 500ml or decca right???? i should always run more test than deca right.........
