Liftin...Screw all them acne crap u wipe on ur face dude.
U wanna use Vitamin B5 !!! Its a powder u just mix in a drink or get the pills which ever, the next potent thing next to accutane.
All them creams do is fix the outside prob , but the reason u get ance is the hormonal change on the inside.. do a search on here ull see people using vit b5 to combat acne during and post cycles.. them creamed didnt do nothing for me but vit b5 worked great and i barely get acne now.

U can take up to 5-10g a day depending on ur situation, but believe me and ask others it def works..

thanks very much my friend.. derm put me on benzaclin which helped but still some left.. and a little scarring.. will try this.. thanks alot!
