Oh man I get that too.

That's the one thing I hate about music. They seem to be time machines for past people/events/whatnot when you listen to them, they bring back all the feelings of those moments (both good and bad) when you listened to the songs at the time.

All I can say is, In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins. It's also my favorite song ever.
