Not to flame you BUT:
1. You could stand to do some research in the diet forum.
2. Diet should be spot on before anything else including cycles.
3. If you dont get the results you're dreaming of, blame it on your diet.
4. Diet 80%, Training 10%, Anabolics 10%
Too many peeps jumping on gear like its a magic pill when they dont see any results. Sad.
