    no cheeseburgers here. but if i dont get enough cals i just stuff myself with watever i can get my hands on/

    Right that's my point don't slop up the junk,you need cals buy some ground beef,old fashioned oats,pork chops,sweet potatoes then enjoy.

    Not to flame you BUT:

    1. You could stand to do some research in the diet forum.
    2. Diet should be spot on before anything else including cycles.
    3. If you dont get the results you're dreaming of, blame it on your diet.
    4. Diet 80%, Training 10%, Anabolics 10%

    Too many peeps jumping on gear like its a magic pill when they dont see any results. Sad.

    Listen to Jonny! Since I have changed my diet I have gotten great results! Diet was where I was lacking for sure, read up in the diet forum it will do u wonders!
