    would this help mass

Has anyone looked into the Bowflex® SelectTech® 1090 Dumbbells?

I am trying to make a small home gym, I have a BIKE/SKI Machine.
I have a plain old bowflex alone.

I have a old school bench, it can move from incline to flat.
I have the BB With about 340 in weights
    I have a Curling bar

and other little things that aren't going to make much of a differents.

I just wanted to see if this Bowflex® SelectTech® 1090 Dumbbells would do what I need to do.

I only part I will miss is havin the right sqaut machine.

Legs will be hard to work, other then that I thnk I can do this.

I am just trying to save money and get something closer and easy for me to pump longer and more times a week.

    WHAT YOU THINK?

if those are the ones with the dial on the side then u adjust the weight and it automatically sets it up. i cant see those being bad. and they should be worth the money. how heavy do they go? main concern is what ur gonna do for legs and decline workouts.

Well they only hit 90lb, and for me that is alright for now.

And for legs I am not sure I may pull out the Saw and wood and makes something for sqauts. theres more leg workout out there, I will have to check it out.

But I still don't know if what I have will do?

Bowflex dumbbells only go up to 65lbs. It is also pretty long. I personally wouldn't buy it.

    Are you sure about that?

I am looking at the Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Dumbbells, and they say: Weights adjust from 10 to 90 lbs. (5 lb. increments) Easy-to-use selection dials for adjusting weights. Replaces up to 17 pairs of dumbbells.

Forsure thats all you need, I agree.

Like a Spot which I have.

And everything I need - No, but I do have enough, but still hurting abit in the legs, But I am sure I can work out something. I Also own a indoor bike and ski machine and a outdoor bike, or even a pair of runners for cardio.

And getting pumped up will be hard but I will just have to get some good tunes and giver.

but other then that, ya the gyms still beats it

If they go up to 90 lbs, I would think they would be a bit bulky and awkward to use. Look in the want ads/craigslist before buying them direct, you'll get to talk to someone who bought them and can find out what they didn't like about them.

I tried a similar product at a friends and didn't care for them.

The ones I've seen was in the stores and the heaviest was 65lb.
I guess they offer them heavier online. I wonder how bulky the 90s will be.
