At this time I'm not really interested in cycling per se. I feel that I haven't reached my natural limits yet, nor have I been training long enough. Regardless, I joined this forum because everyone seems to know what they are talking about, and I would like to get advice about training and nutrition.
I've never checked my BF%, and I assume it would be very difficult to calculate. Prior to hitting the weights, I was on an intense doctor-monitored cardio and diet program. I lost 120 lbs, but my naturally poor skin is extremly loose. I've already had one surgery, but it did not turn out nearly as well as I planned (or was promised to me...). I've turned to bodybuilding as an alternate to further surgery (and scaring).
