Thanks for ur help,maybe ill just use the first 10ml of my prop n then just run the cyp at 600mgs a week and run the spectriol with it or change spectriol for deca n run that at 200mgs a week

not a good idea either bro here is what i would do

weeks 1-5 test p @ 75mgs ed

weeks 1-12 test cyp @ 500mgs ew

deca should be run at a minimum of 400 mgs ew and no less than 10 weeks imo

or save the prop for another cycle and front load the test cyp @ 1000mgs for the first week
