Anyone know what the androgenic scale of Masteron is?

If it's true, then that's pretty awesome. But I always hear about people using masteron seeing more acne, hair growth, hair loss, etc. on Masteron than Test.

Does that scale mean that testosterone is THE most androgenic?

Not even. For example Parabolan is 500.

No tren is more androgenic and so are a few other compounds (1-test, halotestin). My point was that those ratings are not very accurate (in MY mind atleast) when winny has a androgenic score of 30 and masteron has a score of 25 vs test at 100. I think most if not all people would agree that winny and masteron cause more androgenic sides than testosterone.

Agree ratings are not that accurate. Use only as a reference point.
