Im a 23 year old male with 24 percent body fat, I got pretty lazy and a lot of the muscle I had is replaced by chub....Im in the military and currently working my ass off while on deployment in Japan and my wife is coming April 4th for a visit and I want to be down to at least 14 percent bodyfat. Im dieting and excercising and I want to know the quickest way to lose inches...and please if you can reply with more than just "diet and excercise" aka the typical answer...I'd be much obliged.
