    Im taking mono hydrate right now
    I preloaded for 5 days
    5 6g servings day for 5 days for preload
    Now Im just on maint 1 serving 6g per day
    Working out fine

    Not sure if this applys, but just because your doing more than normal doesn't mean better performance and strength.

    ok my understanding was higher dosage = more strength? guess i was wrong, i lowered it down to 5g PWO and im perfectly fine no more shits lol

    Mono just made me bloated and messed with my stomach. I bought some Kre-Alkalyn in december and have had no problems so far.

    In my biology class our teacher was discussing different supplements and said with creatine, in excess amounts, you just end up pissing it out, so stick around 5g per serving like everyone else said.
