Started my 1st cycle with Deca wrong. Corrective advise welcome.

yes 1000mgs/week of deca is way too much... i would grap some sust or some test prop, so you can get ur test levels up pretty fast... as it is right now it will take another 2 weeks for the deca to fully kick in, but i strongly suggest you find a source for some fast acting test such as a propinate ester or sustanon(which will kick in alot fast then single estered tests)... deca is known to destroy libido and will absolutly murder your sex drive, hense the need for exogenous test... also i would get over to the PCT forum and work on a good exit strategy for this cycle... oh yea, 500mgs/week of test would be ideal with about 500-600mgs/week of deca

Thank you for your suggestions. Will have to see about finding the test. I don't really have an established supplier at this point.
