He supports tax rebates that would be used by citizens to purchase their own healthcare, keeping gov't out of your decision making(the way it is supposed to be).

Makes sense. I was just surprised when I heard that he was in favor of governement sponsored healthcare. I think there is someone else in the republican party who favors it as well, but I'm not sure who.
