The Name of the shot is HCG or I can take colmid
The cycle and the diet was all provided to me by a pro trainer
I told him I wanted to get lean gain a bit of muscle but my goal it to have nice lean shape
I have been dieting for almost 1 year changed my hole life around training 4 to 5 times a week changing my program every couple of months and I got to the point where nothing is changing anymore I don’t see any results
So I talked to the Trainer explained my goals and at first I wanted to take Anavar but he told me that it was to weak for want I wanted
I told him that the last thing I wanted to do is blowup into a balloon
He explained that if you watch what you eat and take Dbol (at low does witch I have read in other articles is very promising) you will gain more lean muscle then just water retention
Now the thing I hate is when people leave comments like “You need to read more”
I’ve been on this site for more than 2 years reading reading and reading some more
And what I have found is that you have people who always tell you not to do something or it is a very bad idea are the same people who lie about taking anything and say its all natural
