i was planning on eating about 5-6 meals aday with at least 160 grams of protein whatever i wind up doing. im always hungry so thats not a problem.
does anyone have any starter cycle ideas that could add some muscle to me?
i think im as big as my genetics are gonna let me get. my family is short.
and my dad never worked out a day in his life. i weigh 145 but at my best i could bench 280, squat 425, and clean 235.
