When I did it 20 years ago I used 1.5" IM needle.

from what i've been reading you can do either way.... IM or Sub-q.... I think i'm going to be doing it with a insulin needle into the stomach area as if i were injecting HGH ...... if anyone thinks or knows that is wrong let me know but that's what i've been reading was acceptable...
