dunno just curious.... possibly for lower back development.. I was doing deadlifts today and FUKING PULLED MY LOWER back, I gotta sit here like i got a stick up my ass bc my back hurts so much. Tried to do 315 big mistake!! So I was just wondering what it would be like to juice that area up... mayb e would make it feel better
