In my opinion dont take anything, watch for sensitive nipples. If that happens get your self some arimidex/Liquidex (its the same thing) and take it at 0.5 mg ed until the sides go away.

Your PCT should look like this

Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

as only a sus course, and need V's cost... (although i will say i like using both, but thats my personal choice)

He could run the anthony roberts PCT with Nolva only. The clomid/nolva PCT is the most often used however. Personally I hate Clomid but it does work. I think just because its sust only is irrelevant, he will be shutdown hard after that cycle and will need a good PCT to get restarted.
