This is not directed towards you, it is in general becuase I see it happen all the time. Stats can depict to a certain extent whether or not the user has a proper diet to grow on. What the diet consists of true we dont know yet still give AAS advice but if someone is 6 foot and 150lbs and 10%bf where does the problem lie? IF the user is 6 foot 250lbs and 25%bf where does the problem lie? See my point? ITs a rant to all newbies and it breaks hearts when heard. Diet is a key factor and at his weight and height im guessing hasnt really been working on a real bulking diet. Eating till you are full is not a bulking diet, eating 6-8 meals a day and wanting to puke every day by the end of the day is a bulking diet. That is an expression bro so dont take it too seriously. Yes I see his stats but as stated at his current height and weight I doubt his diet is on track and thats why I explained everything because all newcomers to the world of AAS think that you can get huge without eating properly OR they are unclear of what proper bulking/eating is. It needs to be told and needs to be heard.
