I have known a few people who have nice size arms, decent chest, no spread to their back but good def. and chicken legs who weigh in at 180 bout the same height as you. they were farely lean but still a lot of weight can be missing if your legs are like pencils. At your stats tho, clean up your diet and I think you could obtain your goals. AAS will help you further your goals tho which i cant blame you. Do some searches on all those compounds and it should help you get an idea how to run it. Come back with that idea and we'll critique it for you.
