When I was down range bro ...it was nothing but MRE's alot of the boys hated em, but I loved em... I grew up poor on CANNED food, so i guess it reminded me of home... Those SHAKES have a lot of cals... I dont gain much fat but if I was you eat all the MRE's you can... Im telling you ,,,its a fact YOU WILL BULK! Keep us posted!
