lol..... welp.. remember i herniated my disk? from sitting around for two weeks i got effin pnewmonia and was in the hospital for awhile... lost over 20lbs. rolled back into work a few weeks ago and had a lot of catching up to do you know. 1st day back in the gym this week... taking it easy.. how you doin' rana?
