Well...it all depends on what you believe it is that makes something "overblown." Mercury is a toxic metal no matter how much in your body, and I have personally been to doctor's office where people in their 50s and 60s are doing chelation therapy to get rid of their heavy metal poisoning after eating lots of fish for 10-20 years.
All these people look healthy and are fully-functional adults. But what they all say is that they were losing their memory and didn't feel as sharp...but that they thought it was "just part of aging." Many of those people are doing chelation and say that getting the mercury removed is helping them get their minds back...
so...you are free to do as you wish...I just thought I ought to put in my two cents.
