DreamingBig is totally right, you will not benefit from taking together!!!
This is what I've heard as well. What I used to do was to take 5g creatine with a shake about 30 minutes before my workout, and then a lot of protein and glutamine immediately PWO. I would also possibly throw in some creatine or glutamine with a breakfast shake if I had one that day.
