Helps me relax, bro if you serios about your training and your results. Beer is a nonissue. Helps me relax, real men face life without fogging there radar. If you are drinkin everynight, and have a few beers to relax. You need to adress that before you go any farther. Real men do it sober!

It will purge out valuble water. Hangovers are worse. your gains will be cut, and if you ask how much forget the hole cycle. You not ready and stress WILL kill your gains.

Agreed. Your body will be working hard enough without the alcohol. Why complicate matters? There's always time down the road to kick a few back.

I had the same worries before I started. 5 weeks in now and I have never felt better. Try it, I think you may even like quitting your daily drinking.

That's just a waste of money in my oppinion bro, why would you run a cycle but then screw up your gains & put your body with so much stress with the hangovers etc.. ?
    Just not worth it.......
Don't take me wrong now I'll have a drink on a cycle but moderate maybe on the w/e if we're having a big social gathering but not everyday lik you just mentioned...

if you have to drink every night.. why are you taking aas?
aas is a serious ordeal that requires COMMITIMENT its not a quick fix for an anti beergut.

absolutly pathetic imo and it sounds like you might need to seek help as alcohol is far harder on your body than any aas ever could be.

And if your considering throwing an oral in there then you compound the liver issues with alcohol.

plus roid rage and alcohol do not mix. i also used to drink but since i've been on i stopped and will continue dry for at least 3 months. 2 years ago i kicked the habit for 11 months so this time around should be a piece of cake. it feels great, you'll feel accomplished. good luck

oh yeah? don't piss me off!! haha jk
well, i know it's over rated but for someone who drinks daily it just might become an issue. may not be directly linked to the gear but mentally i suppose.
    just my .2 cents

If the fukin guy wants to juice and drink let him his a big boy... bro u wont experience the same results but MOST LIKELY it wont kill you. if u absolutely MUST drink do you think you could keep it to fri or sat night? I dont think u want alcohol in ur body every single night while ur juicin it up (even while ur not on cycle come to think of it!), but i think we need a lil more insight into u... how long u been "takin the edge off" every night bro? how many will u kill in a nite? and also, have u put alot of weight on from all those empty calories? perhaps if u quit ur job and got somehting "less stressful" it would prove to be much more beneficial in the future... and what r u juicin for?? (reason behind it, goals, etc)?

btw the whole MUM thing u said earlier was funny..

    wassup longhorn!

Surprisingly no one has mentioned the emotional sides to drinking and juicing. For all i know borntobeblue could be crying himself to sleep over some lost love or something. Couple that with some juice and you got some serious problems. Don't mean to sound like a smarta## but i don't know. There's something going on if you have to drink everynight.

If you job is that stressful and you need a drink to relax keep it in moderation and replace with the same amount of water to alcohol you consume.Dont exceed 1-2 per day as it will tax your kidneys and liver. Many athletes and pro body builders follow this protocol,Even olympians. The relaxtion of an ocational drink can benifit your gains, stress levels and general health. As red wines and darker beers(guiness) have micronutrients and other anti-oxidents.Lighter alcohols/liquors have been refined so much that most anything good has been destroyed or mixing them with soda(total crap)bad idea.

So if you pick pick a more natural drink and are respondsible then its fine.If you cannot control yourself then abstenence would be best.
    Good Luck JS

dont listen pal its some of these stupid yanks on here who are up there own arse, people dont understand how much english folk love alcohol! lol. I've allways drank fairly heavily while on cycles and a have still had good gains but like said probably would have had better ones without alcohol. Hangovers are a lot worse. I;ve drank on anadrol aswell without any harm.

so you need the pints to deal with stress? Come on man..find a better way to deal with it..spend some extra time in the gym, get a hobby or a pet, or bang your 24 yr old girl more..or maybe you need the beer first to do that!! lol Theres plenty of us that have stressful jobs and lives..youre just looking for justification that its ok to drink every night

Seriously, you want to get in better shape and youre age, drinking beer everyday isnt gonna help you get to your goals..you cant have your cake and eat it too..it sucks getting old

Hey I have a relevant question: I got a little gyno I'm trying to battle and I've been off the booze for over a month, never drank much anyway, but i heard alcohol kills test levels and I was afraid it would make my gyno worse. Anyone know if it's safe for me to have a beer or two with my pals every now and then? Anyone know HOW MUCH alcohol affects test?

  36. #36
no i said blowout more beer in other words maybe i should join AA lol. i dont get why they call it alcoholics anonymous when the 1st thing you do when you get there is stand up in a room full of strangers and say "my names paul and im an alcoholic"

  37. #37

I think its safe, a few beers now and then? its not gonna do shit bro.. probably worse to breath stank ass air in the city than to do that, overall that is. I read that alcohol lowers test levels 23.33% and increases gyno chances 12.764%. But thats not 100% of the time, mostly 45%.
