Sorry didnt reply earlier, been really busy lately.
Here's a sample of my diet i posted on another site, its nasty lol but i love it and it works for me.
Wake up: 2-3 Scoops Protein (Whey 24g/scoop).
Meal 1: Egg Whites+Oatmeal.
Meal 2 (Pre-WO): Chicken Breast+Brown Rice+Vaggies.
PWO: 2-3 Scoops Protein+Dextrose (Whey 24g/scoop).
PPWO Meal 3: Chicken Breast+Oatmeal+Vaggies.
Meal 4: Tuna in WATER+Potatos.
Meal 5: Same as Meal 4.
Protein Shake (2 Scoops) with WATER.
Meal 6: Tuna in OIL+Vaggies.
Meal 7: Cottage Cheese+Olive Oil+Vaggies
Meal 8 (sometimes): Protein Shake (2 Scoops) with MILK.
