All I was saying, once again, that his BP isnt anything to get alarmed about right this sec. yes he should get it checked periodically, but whoever said hes DANGEROUSLY CLOSE TO STROKE I felt was incorrect. thats it.
i didnt mean to be a dick or get so senstitive over the subject but i had a friend that used to train me when i was 18 years old have a stroke because of his blood pressure. he was alot older then me (44 at the time) and had been using gear most of his life but everytime i hear someone talk about there bp being extended for a period of time i try to scare them because i know what can happen if it is just overlooked. 120/81 is considered prehypertension but its nothing to have those numbers when on a cycle. 160+/100+ is considered stage 2 and that is when the serious problems can arise. thank god my blood pressure never goes up to high even when im doing what most people would consider mega-cycles but i do spend alot of time trying to eat all the right foods. your heart is nothing more then a muscle and it needs to be trained and taken care of. i hope i didnt scare anyone by this but on the other hand i hope i opened even one persons eyes

i think the bottom number is more important than the top but dont quote me on that.

my bp was high a month ago and had to get on high bp meds. im going to the doc tomorrow to get it rechecked and dropping off a 24 urine collection to look at my kidney function and to go over my blood test results from 2 weeks ago. im hoping everything is good with my blood test results since the doc's office hasnt called me or anything.
