    First off, many of the questions here are answered with accuracy. Winny only can be done and is not a bad cycle, BUT the gains that he expects are not going to happen. He may gain a coulple lbs of solid LBM IF his diet is on the right track. Also if his BF% is low enough he will see better benefits as Winny is good for hardening up when BF is low enough. Someone at 15% BF wont see much of anything IMO, but someone who is below 10% will. If you have a bad attitude about the site, then please do not post. Comments like the one you posted are untrue and not needed here at AR.

    i think winny only isnt an ideal cycle in any way unless ur just looking at a way to retain LBM while dieting real hard w/o being completely suppressed
