I'll have some AI on hand just in case I need it. I have reached a plateau, I can't seem to gain any good weight, even by adding 500 cals each day. I am avid about keeping track of what I eat so that's not the problem. My bf% is around 15. I got one of those under water tests so its pretty accurate. I was planning on shooting 500 once a week but 250 2x a week sounds like it might be better.
