They ship within Canada so I don’t even know if that is normal for HGH. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this company, is there anyway I can know if this product is a scam or not? Any feedback at all on this would be good. I know it’s easier just to say not to use it but I have no other means to any other brand at this time.
    2) With regards to using HGH for myself, am I using to much by using 4iu a day (divided into 2)? This is of course what I have read is best to see results as far as muscle gains and fat loss. And most of all I would love to hear opinions on if one should take HGH on a daily basis, or every second day, or have weekends off.
    3) I hear it’s best to divide up into 2iu twice a day. My mornings consist of an hour of cardio before my first meal, should I take the morning dose before the cardio or after the cardio and before eating? Will eating right after affect HGH? The later dose I now read shouldn’t be taken right before bed so when in afternoon is the best time? I usually eat at 4, weight train from 5-630 then eat last meal at 7. I am so confused as to when to fit this one in because of sleep, meals, and weight training.
    4) Will taking HGH for a cycle of about 6 months, 4 iu day, change my natural production of HGH when I stop taking it? Basically is this going to mess something up and require me to be dependent on HGH to keep a ripped look. Haha.
    5) Last but not least, Ive read to keep the product out of the light. Now is this in general or very specific. Because in the fridge is where I keep it so it’s mostly in the dark but it does see light everytime door is opened, plus it is taken into light when I fill syringe and inject, and also when I mix it. Should I keep it out of all sources of light like those or is that small amount okay? (really none of the above matters if I’m using a bunk product.. so again any help on hardcoregrowths product would be so appreciated)

    Hi and welcome to the board. Have you tried to the get access to the female forum? If not, go to the new members forum and ask for access there.

    If you have been cardioing and eating well for a while but feel like your results have slowed down then HGH may certainly be able to give you that boost you're looking for.

    I have heard of that site before as there has been quite a few queries about it recently, however I canot tell you if they are legit. If I happent to come across anymore info about it I'll let you know.

    As for doses, if you have never used HGH before then I would defenitely start on a lower dose to avoid sudden side effects, and being a female that means start on about 1.5 - 2IU p/day. That much HGH should be enough for fat loss, however if you are looking at building muscle then I suggest you take about 3 - 4IU per day. I believe 4IU p/day is the absolute max you will need for muscle gains. Keep in mind that HGH will deliver fat loss benefits a lot quiker than muscle gains. Muscle gains with HGH really take a while to arrive and if you are not taking any AAS then it could take even longer to achieve a bit of muscle from HGH. Having said that, I would use HGH for a minimum of 6 months if you want to see some muscle at the end of your cycle.

    Using HGH 5 days ON 2 days OFF has been proven to work just as well as using HGH ED or 6/1 so I would stick with cycling HGH 5/2.

    When it comes to HGH use, it's actually best if you only have 1 injection per day because the more injections you have throughout the day the more of a chance there will be of interrupting your natural production. However, for the ones who take higher doses (5IU+), they have no choice but to split up their dose into multiple doses per day in order to avoid absorption issues. You shouldn't have this problem since you won't be taking more than 4IU p/day, and 4IU in shot is fine. Take your HGH as soon as you wake up in the morning.

    I've never come across anyone who has had any issues once discontiuning the use of HGH. One thing you must watch out for is your blood glucose as HGH seems to play around with that a fair bit.

    Light or dark, it doesn't matter as long as your HGH has been kept at the right temp.

    thank you for your advice!

    I did go to the female forum, I am just waiting to be granted acsess, they said it sometimes takes 48hours. I will look into what I find there. If you do hear anymore on that brand I would much appreciate any info. One last thing on your reply to dosing. You mentioned 5 days on and 2 off works well. Would those 2 days off be better taken together or could they be split, say 1 day off tue and 1 day off fri for example?

    Ya, what gear said. You will love gh as it makes you feel great. And if you do cardio daily, you will see some fat loss, no dought. Welcome to the board. I am off to work to do some radiology, and take pics of people bones. hopefully, I will get some narly snowboard accident with a broken femur. Or a hip will do. I love my patients, but x-raying broken bones makes me feel like I am earning my money, and its fun, hehe.
