195lbs
Going on 1st cycle soon.
Im worried I fall into that category as Iv only started to look like I work out in the past 6months and iv put on a lot naturally in that time. (maybe 15lbs)
Whats normal genetic potential for that height??
If I put on another 15lb on cycle is that to quick of a weight gain for my body??
Im dedicated so will keep strict training diet after cycle.
