Impressive. What's your typical shoulder workout?
For shoulders, I actually do a lot of presses. I find I get the best overall results from any type of press movement. For the duration of most my cycle, I have been doing a mix of dumbbell/barbell, Arnold, hammer strength, smith machine, and regular machine presses. I would have to say that I get the best overall pump from the Arnold presses.
