I totally understand you standing by what you said...but you're cheating yourself bro...I'm on precontest diet right now and about 263 @ 10%...i'm still repping 275 behind the neck...so again its all about what the person wants...all due respect sounds like youve given up...either that or you're lazy.
Lazy i aint,, giving up i havt,, seeing as im still doing what i love to do,, but from readings ( bodyfat clipers) i have loss a few lean ones,,, if i go on even a mild cycle its a diffrrent story,,, Its true with the mind, the world is endless but you still( meaning I and only I) need a boost of sort to get gains while dropping fat
