Glad you cleared that up in the next post, but my last post was not stated in this thread and it needed to be said. What are your current stats? And why so hastey to pin into the biceps? Why not delts, or quads, or glutes..some of the easiest to pin and are good for beginners. While running IGF i pinned the head of the bicep which seemed to work well. Is that helpful for you?![]()
