key word..noticeable..just b/c you dont notice something, doesnt mean there arent sides..many people have never had blood work done, so they dont know what theyre doing to their insides..im not saying the sides are bad, but people think that if they dont see them, there arent any sides..which isnt usually the case..people just need to be aware of this
