Well for example, in a 4 week cycle of prop at around 400mg/week I got 15 lbs. I always keep things short and simple. After PCT I kept around 12lbs. Most of the oss was water anyways.

Yeah it was around 32-33 days long and I gained around 13-14 lbs to be more precise. I never look to gain to much weight for personal reasons. I also feel I recover faster and hence Im ready for my next cycle. Practically no water weight and just lost maybe 3 lbs after PCT. I like to use BCAAs in PCT and I take a stimulant like NO Shotgun helps me keep the intensity up, diet is exactly the same. Actually I kept gaining strength while in PCT but not weight.
