Ok I am starting my Tren Acate cycle up for 10 weeks to lose fat and gain lean muscle mass. I was thinking of starting off at 50mg every day until I see what sides I gain. I have read that these sides can range from insomnia to acne or the 'tren cough'.
I wanted to know how to avoid the 'tren cough' and also if 50mg every day is good for a beginner. I would like veterans on this topic to answer to this thread because I am a very paranoid person and like to make a contingency plan for everything just incase my first plan does not go well.
NOTE: I am pretty nervous about the negative sides but very uplifted when I hear about the positive ones. I think I can handle a full cycle at low dosage just for the shear fact that I will get terrific results in the end.
