Not sure tight tape would work, i mean even if my wrist is tightly secured, theres stilll pressure on the inside as far as on my tendons/ligaments idk i could try it tho couldnt hurt to try see how it feels.
Will this never cure? its been 1 1/2 yrs and nothing still and wasnt even lifting then

wow. good luck buddy. YES you do have a ligament injury. It doesn't matter much that you don't have health insurance since your insurance wouldn't cover any of the proper treatments anyway.

I know personally how tough it is for old injuries to even come close to having made any improvement. For the record, IT IS possible that without the correct therapies your wrist will never heal properly.

Look into prolotherapy, platelet rich plasma therapy, and cold laser therapy. I have had personal successes with prolotherapy--it is just ****ing tough finding a competent doctor. Most people who do that therapy don't do it very well, and i have been injured worse several times because of doctors' incompetence.

I haven't personally tried platelet rich plasma therapy or cold laser, but I am doing some investigation into both of them. So far, they seem very promising because they both work to stimulate repair in damaged joints.
