Urinary Retention

Hi Everybody,
Swim was thinking about starting a cycle of SPAWN by Myogenix and was wondering if 6 weeks would cause any urinary retention. Due to medications that swim is taking there is already a little retention.(not due to prostate enlargement) Additionally, I know that creatine causes water retention, is it possible that creatine can cause any urinary retention?
