As a rule of thumb, anything in pill form usually has a shelf life of 1-2 years (unless listed on the bottle) and will usually loose potency at a rate of about 10% each yr after the expiry date.

a very knowledgeable pro bber...but to be honest, I didn't go about trying to verify it... sounded reasonable to me... why? you question it's validity? if so, do enlighten...
